Review of Digsby: The coolest and most useful application ever

(This is one application, that allows you to manage ALL your social networks, and email accounts, and chat with all your friends, regardless of which service they use)

Whenever I’m online, I’m logged to my Gmail and Gtalk, MSN Messenger, hotmail, Facebook, and Twitter. I was complaining to my friend @j5dyer about how amazing it would be if I can access all of the above, through one reliable and user friendly app. He said “How come you don’t know about Digsby?”

I installed Digsby today, it’s just too good to be true. It really cannot be simpler. Digsby allows you to manage ALL your email accounts, and ALL your social networks, from one application. You can now check your emails, have your MSN, Facebook, Gtalk and Yahoo contacts in one page, chat with friends from different networks, save conversations, access your Facebook news feeds, your Twitter account, and your Myspace or Yahoo from one simple app.

The app is unbelievably impressive I went to their website directly intending to make a donation for it, but couldn’t find any donations page (like in Wikipidia).

Do you wanna chat with your Facebook, Gmail, MSN, Yahoo, and even ICQ contacts from 1 application? do you wanna tweet and get news alerts, manage your email accounts and update various statuses from one page?

The application is also very light on the memory (around 50 MB only), which is really nothing knowing you get all your networks and email accounts on it.

Once they add a RSS functionality, I will confidently say that Digsby is PERFECT.
